Responsibilities: Reports directly to Procurement Manager, Taiwan & Hong Kong (based in Taiwan) Procurement & Sourcing Support procurement activities for both Hong Kong and Taiwan markets in accordance with global procurement policies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop sourcing strategies aligned with short-term and long-term business needs. Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier identification, RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution. Independently negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual agreements to achieve optimal business outcomes. Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking, cost analysis, and industry assessments to support sourcing decisions. Support contract lifecycle management and ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and governance requirements. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance procurement effectiveness and operational efficiency. Supplier Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support business objectives and long-term partnerships. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and address service, quality, delivery, or compliance issues proactively. Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels and contractual commitments. Identify potential supplier risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure business continuity. Cross-Market Collaboration Support procurement projects and sourcing initiatives across both Hong Kong and Taiwan. Work closely with Taiwan procurement team members to leverage supplier resources, market intelligence, and sourcing opportunities. Participate in regional and cross-functional procurement initiatives when required. Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes across both markets. Stakeholder Management Serve as a trusted procurement partner to business stakeholders. Provide professional procurement guidance and ensure alignment with procurement governance and compliance requirements. Communicate sourcing recommendations, procurement policies, and project updates effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Legal. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or related disciplines. Minimum 3-5 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply management experience. Experience managing sourcing projects independently from supplier selection through contract execution. Experience in both direct and indirect procurement is preferred. Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with proficiency in written Chinese and English. Experience with procurement and ERP systems is an advantage.
