IT Support Analyst (25-35K)

Job Responsibilities: Operations & Onsite Support: Execute onsite setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Manage pre- and post-event inventory, logistics, and data reconciliation. Coordinate infrastructure and equipment with vendors and internal teams. Application Support & Maintenance: Maintain ERS applications for stable, secure, and reliable performance. Monitor systems and resolve application, data, network, and hardware issues. Collaborate with teams and vendors on enhancements, maintenance, UAT, and rollout. Handle local and overseas user inquiries through to full resolution. Reporting, Data Validation & Documentation: Prepare operational, management, and ad-hoc reports. Validate data via checks, reconciliation, analytics, and verified attendance records. Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials. Job Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline. 1+ years of experience in system support or application development, with hands-on exposure to networking and printer setup. Solid experience with MongoDB queries and aggregation pipelines. Practical knowledge of iPads, laptops, networking, Raspberry Pi, and printer configuration. Exposure to application development using AWS, Android, iOS, Node.js, GitLab CI, RESTful APIs, DevOps practices, and Linux is a plus. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
