Traffic Control & Team Leader

Driven by continued growth across our stabilisation, pavement maintenance, and road infrastructure divisions, we're looking for experienced Traffic Controllers and Team Leaders to join our team. Reporting to the Traffic Manager and Superintendent, you'll play a pivotal role on the ground keeping our crews and the public safe so programmed works can run without a hitch. Drive in drive out works available on the below swings as per project requirements. 10 days on 4 days off 5 days on 2 days off 12 days on 5 days off About You You will be an experienced traffic control professional who: Has a strong commitment to safety Is reliable, punctual and professional Can work independently and as part of a team Communicates effectively with clients, supervisors and crew members Is willing to travel as required Essential Requirements Applicants must hold: Current unrestricted Driver Licence - no learner licences Reliable personal transport White Card - General Construction Induction Current Traffic Controller (Blue Card) Current Implement Traffic Control Plans (Yellow Card) TfNSW Workers on Foot qualification Full Australian working rights Team Leader Requirements Team Leader applicants must also hold: Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan (Red Card) Demonstrated experience leading traffic control crews Strong communication, planning and site-management skills The ability to complete required site documentation accurately What We Offer Weekly pay Ongoing work opportunities All required PPE supplied A safe, professional and supportive team environment
