Procurement Officer (~30K)

(Ref Number: jobs@0814_YK) Our client, a Hong Kong-listed diversified group, is looking for a high-calibre candidate for the following position: Procurement Officer (~30K) Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, tendering, quotation evaluation, negotiation and supplier selection. Handle procurement of hospitality supplies, uniforms, equipment, kitchen equipment and outsourced services. Work with internal teams on requirements, sourcing strategies, market research and cost optimization. Prepare tender documents, quotation analysis and reports, and follow up on POs and supplier delivery. Monitor supplier performance and contracts, maintain procurement records, and support process improvement. Requirements: Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality or related disciplines. 3+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, tendering or purchasing; hospitality experience preferred. Experience with ERP, e-sourcing or P2P systems is an advantage, with strong Excel and analytical skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills with good spoken and written English and Chinese. Proactive, detail-oriented and responsible, with strong ownership, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
