About the role In this role, you will be responsible for the operation of holding companies, including managing corporate documentation and filings, overseeing annual statutory audits and financial reporting, and providing general administrative support for investment teams. Key responsibilities Manage finance and accounting related matters for holding companies including bookkeeping, preparation of Management Accounts and finance transaction processing. Manage financial auditors on all matters related to the audited financial statements of holding companies and ensure timely issuance of audited financial statements. Manage and update investment structures for portfolios with involvement from pre-deal stage through to structure finalisation and ongoing post deal updates. Manage, improve and systemize holding companies' corporate documentation, process and filings as well as all annual statutory audits and ensure full compliance. Provide general administrative assistance for investment teams in relation to deals / portfolio companies. About you Bachelor's degree in business or accounting. Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in external audit, audit firm work, financial accounting, management accounting, or corporate secretarial work (must have some accounting knowledge). Meticulous attention to detail and diligent. Ability to think out of the box.
