I want my training → Responsibilities * ดูแลพนักงานทั้ง Office และ Sales Associate (SA) ให้ทำงานร่วมกันอย่างราบรื่นและมีความสุข * ดูแล KPI / Performance Review และช่วยพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน * ดูแลเรื่อง โบนัส การปรับเงินเดือน และ Promotion ร่วมกับผู้บริหาร * ดูแล Employee Relations รับฟังและช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาภายในทีม * ดูแล Recruitment, Onboarding และงาน HR ที่เกี่ยวข้อง * ดูแล สัญญาจ้าง กฎระเบียบ กฎหมายแรงงาน และเรื่องกฎหมายเบื้องต้นของบริษัท * ประสานงานกับทนายหรือที่ปรึกษากฎหมายภายนอกเมื่อจำเป็น * ช่วยสร้างวัฒนธรรมและบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ดี เหมาะกับบริษัทแฟชั่นที่มีทั้งทีม Office และ Retail Qualifications * มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR / People Management * มีความรู้ด้าน กฎหมายแรงงานและกฎหมายธุรกิจเบื้องต้น * เข้าใจ KPI, Performance, Salary & Bonus * สื่อสารดี แก้ปัญหาเรื่องคนได้ และมีความเป็นกลาง * หากมีประสบการณ์ใน Fashion / Retail จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
