Job Responsibilities Lead sourcing, development, and procurement of woven fabrics for seasonal programs and bulk production. Manage fabric mills and suppliers, negotiating cost, quality, capacity, MOQ, and lead times to meet business objectives. Drive fabric development from concept to bulk execution, including sample yardage, testing, approvals, and commercialization. Partner with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams to ensure timely delivery and product requirements are met. Oversee bulk fabric orders, production status, and risk management to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance. Identify fabric innovations, market trends, and sourcing opportunities to enhance competitiveness and optimize costs. Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and testing requirements, while building strategic global sourcing partnerships. Maintain fabric libraries, sourcing records, and seasonal material databases. Support strategic initiatives and other business projects as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Textile, Garment, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in fabric sourcing and procurement within the apparel or textile industry. Strong expertise in woven fabrics, bulk production management, fabric construction, testing, and manufacturing processes. Proven experience managing fabric mills, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders in a global sourcing environment. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills. Effective leadership ability with experience managing and developing teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Good command of written and spoken English.
