About the role This role involves assisting the Chief Marketing Officer / Department Head of Marketing in formulating strategies, business initiatives and planning marketing campaigns for supporting life insurance business with bank and broker partners. Key responsibilities Plan, develop and implement various sales incentive programs to meet sales strategy Monitor and oversee the program progress and results and perform close budget monitoring Formulate and implement campaigns and promotions in different customer touch points among the customer journey, e.g. premium discount offers and customer loyalty program, i.e. bonus point redemption for various products or services Review marketing materials, monitor sourcing of premium items, oversee campaign implementation and liaise with internal stakeholders for system setup and conduct UAT Organize incentive events for bank partners, such as Convention, Annual Award Presentation, client events, site visits, etc. Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Business Development, IT, Compliance, Legal, Risk and external service providers or vendors for various projects Collect market intelligence to make timely recommendations to management Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales contests Liaise with representatives from the Group to work on various collaboration projects Maintain and develop close relationship with business partners by supporting daily operation of the channels and other ad hoc topics Requirements: University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline(s) At least 8 years relevant experience preferably gained from insurance companies or bancassurance, with at least 2 years of supervising experience Insurance Professional Qualification is an added advantage Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in effective and efficient manner Systematic and creative with strong senses of responsibility Detailed-minded, sensitive to figures and able to work independently Excellent interpersonal skills to work with team members and internal / external stakeholders Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) Very proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
