Warehouse Manager

About the role The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations to ensure the efficient, safe and cost-effective storage and distribution of premium gourmet food products. The role oversees inventory accuracy, inbound and outbound logistics, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support exceptional customer service across Hong Kong. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, with willingness to be directly involved in everyday warehouse operations Ensure timely and accurate preparation of customer orders Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity and material flow Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and annual stock takes Ensure proper handling and storage of chilled, frozen, ambient and temperature-sensitive food and beverage products Monitor warehouse temperatures and maintain cold chain integrity Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety standards and local regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with Hong Kong occupational safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Coordinate inbound deliveries with suppliers and freight forwarders About you Ability to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and be directly involved in everyday warehouse operations Experience with inventory management and cycle counts Knowledge of cold chain management and food safety compliance Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards Experience with occupational safety regulations and warehouse safety procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Ability to conduct safety inspections and risk assessments Experience coordinating with multiple departments including Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service
