Assistant Manager – IT Infrastructure Operation & Cybersecurity Job Summary We are looking for an Assistant Manager – IT Infrastructure Operation & Cybersecurity to drive operational excellence and lead enterprise cybersecurity across the organization. Reporting directly to the System Manager, you will oversee daily IT infrastructure operations, manage cybersecurity strategies, ensure system reliability, and support digital transformation initiatives aligned with our business goals. Key Responsibilities (1) IT Infrastructure & Operations Management: Lead and manage overall IT infrastructure operations including networks, servers, cloud platforms, storage, data centers, and end-user systems. Ensure high availability and system reliability by applying IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL) frameworks and managing SLAs. Oversee hardware/software lifecycle processes, patch management, and system upgrades. (2) Information & Cybersecurity Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals, ISO 27001, PDPA, and related compliance standards. Lead enterprise risk assessments, vulnerability management, threat mitigation, and incident response operations (BCP/DR). (3) Network & Server Management: Manage enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, VPNs) ensuring low downtime and secure cloud integration. Oversee physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux), patch management, backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations. (4) Digital Transformation & Vendor Management: Support Digital Transformation initiatives including cloud migration, automation, analytics, and DevSecOps adoption. Manage IT vendors, service providers, and contract SLAs for hardware, software, and managed security services. Assist in developing and controlling the annual IT operations and security budget. (5) Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead, mentor, and guide IT operations and security teams. Serve as a key liaison between IT operations and senior executive management on technology risks and performance metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science , Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity (with experience in team lead or supervisory roles). Strong background in network/server management, cloud platforms, ITSM/ITIL, and cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, PDPA). Proven experience in vendor management, IT budgeting, and enterprise risk management. Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align IT and security strategies with business objectives and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with technical teams and senior management.
