Project Officer (Retail)

Responsibilities: Provide coordination and administrative support to retail store projects, including new store openings, renovations, reinstatement works, and maintenance projects Assist in coordinating with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments for project follow-up and communication Handle project documentation, including quotations, tenders, work schedules, reports, and filing records Assist in updating project records, including timelines, progress updates, and action lists Support site-related activities, including arranging and attending site visits, assisting in site inspections, and supporting on-site coordination when required Report site observations or issues to supervisors in a timely manner when required Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements: Diploma or above in any discipline (preferably Building, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields) Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in retail store projects, fitting-out, renovation, or maintenance coordination Basic understanding of retail store project workflow, construction processes, or site operations Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or ability to read drawings is an advantage Good communication and coordination skills Well-organized, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn Willing to perform outdoor work and attend site inspections when required We Offer: 5 Days Work Maximum 16 Days Annual Leave Birthday Leave & Gift, Marriage Leave, Care Leave Travel Allowance Medical Insurance Double Pay Staff Purchase Discount Interested parties please send us your resume with current and expected salary by email or clicking “ APPLY NOW ”.
