About the role We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to lead Agile transformation across multiple cross-functional teams at an enterprise scale. You will partner with business, technology, and governance leaders to design and continuously evolve Agile operating models, strengthen Agile capabilities, and enable high-performing teams within a large-scale digital transformation program. Work you will do Operating Model Design: Design and improve Agile operating models, team structures, and governance responsibilities (RACI) across business product teams (Journey Domains) and platform teams (Infra Platform Tribe). Agile Coaching: Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Domain Leads on Agile mindsets, prioritization, decentralized decision-making, and continuous improvement. Prioritize coaching across teams based on Agile maturity and business needs. Cross-Team Alignment: Coordinate delivery across business and platform teams, particularly for Wealth & Investment initiatives, while resolving cross-team dependencies and organizational impediments. Agile Facilitation: Lead tribe-level Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Tribe Retrospectives, to ensure alignment across teams. Governance & Delivery: Partner with business, technology, and governance stakeholders to embed governance checkpoints into Agile delivery without slowing execution. Performance & Capability Building: Track Agile maturity and delivery metrics (e.g., Velocity, Lead Time, Predictability), and establish Communities of Practice (CoP) to develop Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners. Let us Talk About You If you are someone with: Experience: 5-8+ years of Agile Coaching or Agile Transformation experience, including 2-3 years at the enterprise or program level supporting multiple Agile teams Industry Context: Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or other highly regulated environments is strongly preferred. Framework Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS), with experience designing enterprise Agile operating models and working with shared service or Center of Excellence (CoE) structures. Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Thai and English. Preferred Qualifications Agile certifications such as CEC, CTC, SPC, or equivalent. Experience working alongside external consultants in enterprise Agile transformation programs. Experience supporting Digital Banking, Wealth Management, or FinTech transformation initiatives.
