Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and commercial terms. Packaging Sourcing Manage strategic sourcing and procurement for Packaging materials and related categories . Conduct supplier sourcing, tendering, negotiation, market analysis, TCO, and cost-saving initiatives. Develop sourcing strategies based on cost, quality, supplier capability, and market trends . Manage supplier performance, contracts, and SLA. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields 3–7 years' experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Purchasing Strong negotiation, supplier management, analytical, and commercial skills Good command of English, both written and spoken Detail-oriented, proactive, agile, and able to manage multiple projects SAP/ERP experience is a plus
