Head of Pricing and Overseas Coordinator

Job responsibilities Supervise the Pricing & Overseas Coordination team, including daily work allocation and team performance. Analyze market trends, carrier rates, costs, and competitor pricing. Develop competitive pricing for ocean freight, trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, and other logistics services. Monitor quotations, profitability, and profit margins to meet company targets. Negotiate rates and service solutions with shipping lines, transport providers, overseas agents, and vendors. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and logistics partners. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to provide suitable solutions and resolve pricing or service issues. Manage nominated and FOB shipments to ensure smooth operations. Maintain carrier contracts, rates, and commercial agreements. Support the development of the overseas agent network and new business opportunities. Ensure pricing and commercial activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
