14T GPS & 5T Combo Operators | Final Trim | Full-Time Small enough to know our people, but big enough to provide consistent, long-term work. Pavitt Group is growing, and we're looking for experienced 14T GPS Excavator Operators and 5T Combo Operators with strong final trim experience to join our civil construction team. You'll work across earthmoving, pipelaying and utility infrastructure projects using our modern fleet of Kubota, Volvo and Kobelco machinery . The Roles We're currently seeking experienced operators for: 14T GPS Excavator Operator – Final Trim 5T Combo Operator – Final Trim HR Truck Drivers (casual position) What You'll Need LE & LS tickets General Construction Induction Card (White Card) HR Licence – minimum Minimum 5 years' civil construction experience Demonstrated final trim experience Strong GPS machine-control experience for the 14T excavator role Proven ability to safely excavate around existing underground services An understanding of levels, tolerances and civil earthworks A safety-first attitude and pride in producing quality work Additional operating tickets and qualifications are advantageous Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing as required by our sites Why Join Pavitt Group?
