We are seeking a talented candidate to take on the responsibilities of Channel Sales Manager – Wholesale and Macau. This is a sales leadership position responsible for driving sales performance across Hong Kong General Trade and the Macau market. The role combines strategic planning, field execution oversight, and team development, with direct accountability for delivering sales fundamentals and business growth. What you'll be doing: Develop and execute annual business plans and strategies to achieve sales targets for General Trade in Hong Kong and the Macau market Engage Wholesalers and Macau Distributor on implementing trade and visibility programmes within assigned budget to support business growth and instore executions Partner with Trade Marketing team to plan and execute trade activities to promote in-store brand presence Provide bottom-up sales forecasts to support demand planning processes Develop, monitor and review Sales KPIs with Field Sales team Conduct regular trade visits to audit in-store promotion execution and sales fundamentals Design and maintain an efficient General Trade coverage plan for the Field Sales Prepare market intelligence on competitor activities and category trends Develop and coach Field Sales through effective field coaching What we're looking for: Degree holder with at least 5 years relevant working experience (Beverage industry is preferred). Strong networking, excellent in interpersonal & customer service skills with a pleasant & outgoing personality. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong mindset to drive results and achieve targets. Strong customer & consumer focus. Good planning & organization skills. Experience in people management. Strong numeric sense with good analytical skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferred). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Candidates with less extensive experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Channel Sales Manager.
