Responsibilities: Collaborate with global and regional teams to gather business requirements, manage enhancement requests, and support solution delivery; Maintain project documentation, monitor request progress, and provide project updates while escalating risks when needed; Partner with business users and cross-functional teams to identify needs, drive improvements, and facilitate communication between regional and global stakeholders; Coordinate system testing, validate solutions, and support project reporting to ensure successful implementation; Provide user support and guidance on system functionality, business processes, and best practices; Develop training materials, conduct user onboarding and training, and support user access management to drive solution adoption. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Supply Chain Management Logistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Supply Chain Management; 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Business Analysis, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, for example, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams; Knowledgeable in Power BI report development; familiarity with SQL is an advantage; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams; High proficiency of English level, DSE Level 3 / IELTS 6.5 or above Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a structured project environment; Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes; A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
