Senior Production Officer / Production Officer

Spanning 20,000 sq. ft. and featuring a signature 15-meter high ceiling, the hub incorporates over 10 automated lines alongside Hong Kong's pioneer "upper-storage, lower-picking" smart warehouse. To support this rapid technological scaling and our expansion into the GBA market, we are looking for an analytical Senior Production Officer / Production Officer to oversee production timelines, monitor team productivity, and execute seamless material planning. Job Description žSupervising Production Team, facilitate and monitor team’s performance and productivity. žConduct regular training, skills assessment, and performance evaluations for production operators and line leaders. Prepare and maintain effective and efficient production plan according to demand forecast and delivery schedule of goods and packaging material. Execute and monitor daily/weekly production plans based on master schedules and demand forecasts, ensuring on-time delivery of finished goods. Enforce strict compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety), 5S/6S standards, and quality management protocols (e.g., GMP, ISO, HACCP). Drive operational excellence by participating in lean manufacturing, Kaizen, process optimization, and waste reduction initiatives. Prepare regular reports and analysis for management review. Conduct ad hoc task or project assigned by direct supervisor. Job Requirements žDegree / Higher Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Food/Pharma Technology, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of solid supervisory or line management experience in a manufacturing environment (experience in FMCG, Food. Processing, or Pharmaceutical industries is highly preferred). žProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in Kingdee (金碟) ERP system will be an advantage. Attention to details, organized with strong sense of responsibility. žOpen-minded and flexible in execution of production improvement. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese with excellent communication and inter-personal skills. žMore experienced will be considered as Senior Production Officer.
