Key Responsibilities Oversee monthly product costing and ensure the costing process is completed accurately and on schedule. Analyze manufacturing costs and investigate cost variances to identify issues and support cost improvement. Prepare and review standard costs, cost sheets, and costing information for budgeting and product pricing. Review inventory transactions and reconcile raw materials, work in process (WIP), finished goods, labor, and manufacturing overhead. Prepare monthly costing and inventory reports for management. Coordinate monthly and annual physical inventory counts and follow up on inventory discrepancies. Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, R&D, and other related departments to ensure costing information is accurate and up to date. Maintain costing data in the ERP system and support improvements to costing and inventory processes. Support Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and other accounting activities when required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Accounting within a manufacturing environment. Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and other related accounting functions. Good knowledge of Cost Accounting, manufacturing costing, and inventory control. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level). Experience using ERP systems. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work well under pressure. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with others.
