Conscious Care Group is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Support Workers who are ready to take the next step in their career. We are a boutique NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access Support (CAS) to participants with a range of mental health needs. We pride ourselves on creating a workplace where staff feel supported, respected, and set up to succeed, while providing safe, consistent, and high-quality care to the people we support. About the Role You will support participants living with complex mental health conditions, which may include ASD, BPD, DID, PTSD and Schizophrenia. Some participants experience complex or challenging behaviours. Training, guidance, and clear support plans are provided. Your role will include: Providing person-centred support in line with care and behaviour support plans Supporting participants with daily living and community access Completing clear and accurate shift notes and incident documentation Working collaboratively with your team and leadership for safe outcomes Shifts Available (not limited to) Day shifts: 6:00am – 3:00pm Evening shifts: 3:00pm – 10:00pm Sleepover shifts: 10:00pm – 6:00am What You’ll Bring To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate: Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours in mental health support Clear spoken and written English, including the ability to complete accurate shift notes, incident reports, and behaviour documentation to a high standard Strong understanding of NDIS requirements, professional boundaries, and Australian workplace expectations The ability to follow behaviour support plans, risk management strategies, and restrictive practice protocols precisely Essential Requirements NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) Working with Children Check (Blue Card) Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain) Driver’s licence and safe, insured vehicle Legal working rights in Australia Why Join Conscious Care Group?
