Systems Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Systems Analyst to join our IT team. Beyond just technical skills, we need a leader with a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects . In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, leading requirement meetings, designing solutions, and guiding developers through the full SDLC to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: Requirements & Analysis: Lead user requirement meetings, translating complex business needs into clear functional specifications. Technical Design: Prepare and review detailed application design documents and technical specifications. Project Delivery & SDLC: Oversee the end-to-end software development life cycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and delivering measurable business value. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide software engineers through development, code reviews, and implementation phases. Required Qualifications & Experience: Academic Qualification: Higher Diploma or Bsc in Computer Science or IT related discipline Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in IT application development (SDLC). Proven Success: Must demonstrate a proven history of IT project delivery success stories within the last 5 years. Technical Documentation: Strong experience in preparing technical specifications and solution design documents. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to drive requirement gathering sessions and manage stakeholder expectations. Leadership: Experience leading or mentoring software engineering teams. Technical Skills: Python, REST-API, Ansible Playbook, K8S, PostgreSQL. Immediate available is added benefits.
