About the Company: Our client is a WA owned and operated Tier 2 commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the state. They deliver projects across a wide range of sectors including offices, schools, apartments, aged care, retail, recreation, health and mixed-use developments , typically ranging from $20M–$200M . Due to continued project growth, they are now seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team and work on one of their apartment/mixed use projects ranging from $40-125M. This is a site-based Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveyor role working closely with an experienced Project Manager , offering excellent exposure and strong career development.
