About the role This is a Human Resources leadership position responsible for developing, implementing, and improving HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives. The role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations. Key responsibilities Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives Lead the recruitment and selection process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding Oversee employee relations, disciplinary cases, grievance handling, and conflict resolution Manage performance management and employee development programs Oversee compensation, benefits, HMO, government-mandated benefits, and other employee welfare programs Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and other applicable labor laws and government requirements Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leave administration, and other HR-related records Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, recognition, and wellness initiatives Supervise and develop the HR team and ensure effective delivery of HR services Prepare HR reports, manpower analytics, and recommendations for Management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR administration Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with employees and Management Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive employee concerns professionally HR certification or relevant professional training is an advantage
