Human Resource Specialist

Responsibilities: Recruitment Plan and execute the recruitment process for factory employees, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements. Manage the recruitment activities both job fair and local universities. Onboarding & Offboarding Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees, including conducting orientations and completing required documentation. Manage the offboarding process, ensuring proper exit interviews and documentation to gain insights for continuous improvement. Training & Development: Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads and coordinate training sessions. Track and report on employee training completion and effectiveness. Compliance & Administration: Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, attendance, and disciplinary actions. Manage documentation related to HR policies, procedures, and employee files. Liaise with external organizations such as the Social Security Office, Labor Department, and The Revenue Department. HR Support: Maintain employee activities and engagement programs Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as requested Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification in HR is a plus. Proven experience (3-5 years) in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment. Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and HR practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
