Job Responsibilities Plan, design and implement procurement engagements with internal Business stakeholders and external suppliers across each stage of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle Regularly engage with business stakeholders to identify requirement Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to regularly review and plan for inventory replenishment sourcing to ensure business needs are met Plan, develop and implement supply market engagement and sourcing/contracting strategies, bid management, supplier proposal evaluations, commercial and contract negotiations, and support transaction execution under awarded contracts Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, quantity surveying, or cost management within the construction or corporate fit-out industry. Some experience in managing procurement for commercial renovation, interior design, corporate fit-out, or data center relocation projects would be ideal
