Project Financial Analyst (FP&A/Commercial Finance Analyst)

Company: Vinarco Group of Companies Position: Project Financial Analyst (FP&A / Commercial Finance Analyst) Employment Type: Permanent Working Schedule: Monday – Friday (5 days/week) Location: Lumpini Tower, Rama 4 Road, Bangkok Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a proactive and analytical Project Financial Analyst to act as a strategic finance partner across the full project lifecycle. This role is responsible for monitoring project financial performance, supporting tender and commercial activities, and providing actionable insights to drive profitability and improve business outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making, ensure financial discipline, and deliver accurate reporting across the Group. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Business Development, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights across the full project lifecycle Monitor and analyze project financial performance, including cost, revenue, profitability, and cash flow Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and control Analyse financial and commercial performance at both project and company levels Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management decision-making and business planning Support tender activities through cost analysis, pricing evaluation, and commercial assessment Identify financial risks and opportunities, and propose solutions to improve profitability Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and performance analysis across the Group Oversee project invoicing, billing processes, and ensure timely and accurate financial operations Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Project Finance, Project Controlling, or Commercial Finance Experience in project-based or engineering/business environments is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
