About the role Lead all recruitment efforts of ENGIE Services (Philippines). Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategy, which may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning. Key responsibilities Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers Manage in-sourcing and internal employee mobility Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process Reviews and ensures updated memorandum or agreement of agencies/headhunters, schools and other partner institutions Creates and initiates employer branding initiatives in the Philippines Ensures that service level agreements and turn-around-time are met and complied Ensures compliance to Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Prepares and ensures accuracy of monthly and/or quarterly reports
