Product Manager (Retail Digital Product)

About the role We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our product team. You will be leading digital transformation of our physical retail spaces. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams including but not limited to designer, developer, QA, enterprise architect and infrastructure team. You will play a key role in delivering our products in Central Pattana ecosystem. Key responsibilities Own a product vision that aligns with our commercial objectives and long-term digital strategy Develop a deep understanding of user needs and pain points to drive product innovation and enhance user experience through user research and data analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements Maintain the roadmap for the assigned digital products Lead a squad to develop products from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes Work closely with designer and engineering team to create user-friendly and scalable digital products Define and track metrics to measure product success (conversion, retention, engagement) and iterate based on data and evidence Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to support product development Ensure accuracy and seamless flow of data among relevant systems About you At least five years of experience in digital product management Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field Master's degree in a related field is a strong plus Proven track record of successful product launch and product management from concept to delivery Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making capabilities Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including both technical and business colleagues Thrive in roles where you own multiple products and can pivot between high-level strategy and granular execution
