About the Role We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Platform Engineer / Solution Engineer to join our fast-growing technical services team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, automating, and implementing enterprise-grade cloud-native infrastructure, automation workflows, and modern API/AI platforms. Key Responsibilities Container & Platform Engineering: Provide technical design, deployment, configuration, and day-to-day management of enterprise Kubernetes clusters (e.g., Red Hat OpenShift , VMware Tanzu , upstream K8s). Infrastructure Automation (IaC): Architect and execute IT process automation workflows utilizing Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts to streamline provisioning and configuration management. API & AI Platform Management: Participate in the administration, configuration, and operational support of API Gateways and AI platform infrastructure . Full-Stack Implementation: Deliver end-to-end software application development and system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between backend services and frontend interfaces. Solutioning & Technical Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver reliable, high-availability system architecture aligned with enterprise best practices. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT experience as a Backend Software Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or DevOps/Platform Engineer. Technical Mastery: Solid working knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) (OpenShift/Tanzu experience highly preferred). Strong expertise in Ansible and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and IT automation. Proven experience in API Gateway design, deployment, or management. Nice to Have (Added Advantage) Experience with full-stack application development (e.g., Node.js, Python, modern frontend frameworks, RESTful APIs). Previous participation in pre-sales technical support, Proof-of-Concept (POC) execution , and solution demonstrations for clients or enterprise stakeholders. Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and database platforms (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL).
