Technical Lead – Modern Web & Cloud Platforms

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead talented software engineers, shape technical architecture and deliver modern, scalable digital products. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys building great products, developing engineers and solving complex technical challenges . What You'll Do Lead and mentor software engineers across multiple projects and squads. Shape technical architecture, engineering standards and development best practices . Remain technically involved through architecture decisions, code reviews and complex problem solving. Build scalable frontend and backend systems using Node.js, Next.js and React.js . Design and optimize cloud-based solutions running on AWS . Work closely with Product, Project Management, Design and QA teams. Improve engineering practices across CI/CD, automated testing and releases . Drive improvements in scalability, performance, reliability and code quality. Help recruit, coach and develop high-performing engineers. What We're Looking For 8+ years of software engineering experience , including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Next.js and React.js . Strong experience with AWS and modern cloud architecture. Good knowledge of system design, microservices and scalable applications. Experience with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases. Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and automated testing. Strong leadership skills while remaining comfortable getting involved technically.
