Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily operations and client interactions related to the eMPF Platform. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of MPF scheme data migration and ongoing maintenance within the eMPF system. Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support to clients and intermediaries regarding eMPF functionalities. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and ensure seamless integration with the eMPF platform. Monitor system performance and data processing to ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal policies. ​ Job Requirements:​ University degree or equivalent qualification. 1-3 years of experience in the MPF or financial services industry; direct experience with the eMPF platform is highly preferred. A keen interest in FinTech and the digitalization of retirement services. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
