APU Supervisor / Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Lead People & Build a High-Performance Team Lead, coach, and develop operators and Team Leaders to achieve production goals. Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning. Develop team capabilities and support employee growth through structured coaching. Drive Production Performance Ensure daily operations achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive actions to improve performance. Maintain stable operations and quickly resolve production challenges. Champion Continuous Improvement Lead problem-solving activities using RCA, 5 Why, and other improvement methodologies. Encourage and implement improvement ideas that increase efficiency and quality. Drive standardization and operational excellence across production processes Collaborate Across Functions Work closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow. Coordinate and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution and business continuity. Ensure Safety, Compliance & Standards Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Adhere to SOPs, production standards, ISO requirements, and company policies. Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and traceability within operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision. Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Experience driving KPIs, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of Quality, Safety, and production management systems. Good communication skills with the ability to work across functions. Good command of English. Work Location: Lamphun Province Work Schedule: 6 days/week (aligned with production operations)
