Responsibilities: Responsible for material, spare parts and tools ordering and delivery plan to meet production requirements basing on planning Work with panning to generate monthly/weekly/daily raw material ordering and delivery plan. Take related quick actions for the schedule change Orders and releases the appropriate quantities and of raw materials to procure to support production schedules Tracks the delivery of raw material to make sure on time delivery to support production Coordinates the development of new package material for a customer or make modifications to existing packaging Take the responsibility of MRO and related spare parts procurement including price search, comparison, ordering and delivery Tracks and reports vendor performance and identifies areas to improve Vendor bill reconciliation and payment request basing on actual receiving Any other assignment designated by company Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the position of procurement Standard knowledge of Microsoft Windows. Excellent Excel skill is must Analytical skills High teamwork spirit and hard-working attitude Good English or Chinese in reading and writing. Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs
