Contract Administrator

Contract Administrator to join a leading national commercial newbuild, fitout and refurbishment contractor, delivering high-profile projects across a diverse range of sectors. Benefits Stability: Established national contractor with low staff turnover Work-life balance: A business focused on sustainable long-term careers & family values Culture: Join a progressive and diverse construction business Project security: Strong secured pipeline of major projects & premium projects Development: Mentoring and exposure to high-profile, complex projects Travel: Office located close to public transport and car parking available Duties Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, letting and contract administration Prepare and manage progress claims, variations, RFIs and contractual documentation Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and overall commercial performance Review and administer subcontractor claims, variations and payments Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors Maintain accurate project reporting and ensure contractual obligations are met Skills & Experience Contracts Administrator experience with a reputable commercial head contractor Strong fitout, refurbishment and/or commercial construction experience Experience working on commercial projects valued at $15M+ Strong understanding of procurement, contracts, variations and cost management Experience with Procore, Jobpac, Cheopss or similar construction software Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or related qualification preferred Strong communication, commercial and stakeholder management skills About the Company Join a leading Tier 1 commercial construction contractor delivering complex projects across Australia.
