Job description Strengthen and expand sales and profitability within assigned business areas. Plan, execute, and evaluate all sales-related promotional activities. Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits. Prepare sales proposals and presentation materials to support product launch activities. Monitor the supply chain to ensure alignment with sales promotions and maintain optimal product stock levels in the retail sector. Take initiative in identifying and exploring new business opportunities. Respond to customer inquiries, track orders, and monitor order status. Perform tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner. Job requirements Tertiary education or above. Minimum 1 year of sales and business development experience, preferably in FMCG or the food industry. Familiar with sales mechanism in food / HORECA industry. Hands-on experience managing key customers in the FMCG sector; experience with supermarkets and Japanese department stores is an advantage. Ability to work independently and results-oriented. Self-motivated, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Presentable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Sales Officer.
