About the role This role combines recruitment management and media operations. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups, while overseeing content planning, daily updates, and user engagement across official social media platforms to boost brand visibility. Key responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups Expand recruitment channels and maintain relationships with universities, headhunting agencies, and industry networks, with a focus on attracting top talent Assist in formulating recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and candidate-job matching Oversee content planning, daily updates, and user engagement across official social media platforms (e.g., WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, Facebook) to boost brand visibility Write and edit financial articles, company updates, industry insights, and coordinate with design teams to produce multimedia content (images, short videos, etc.) Track and analyze media metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth), generate regular performance reports, and optimize content strategies accordingly Support the planning and promotion of online/offline brand events (e.g., client salons, investor education seminars) to enhance market presence We need Master's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Journalism, Communications, Media,Marketing, or related fields preferred 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or media operations (fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome) Familiarity with Hong Kong labour laws and recruitment processes; ability to handle multiple tasks independently Hands-on experience in social media operations, with proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Xiumi) considered a plus Proficient in MS Office Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (Putonghua) with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, capable of producing high-quality content independently Good command of Cantonese and English is an advantage (not required but preferred) Proactive, with strong communication, coordination, creative planning, and problem-solving abilities Passionate about the wealth management industry, willing to learn financial fundamentals, and equipped with a good sense of aesthetics and data sensitivity Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses 5-day remote work week with one day remote work Clear career progression path and professional training opportunities (including financial knowledge and media skills enhancement) International team culture with regular team-building activities
