Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service; candidates with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) background will have a distinct advantage. Proficient in English and Mandarin; native or fluent Cantonese is a MUST. Able to read and write professional business correspondence in both Chinese and English. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Meticulous, responsible, and proactive. Excellent communication skills with a strong team-spirit. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
