Logistic Supervisor (車隊管理)

Responsibilities: Operation of the Department's Distribution Unit and mixer truck fleet in the capacities of concrete order taking and concrete transportation; Support Assistant Production Manger to maintain or develop business relationships with customers / business partners / suppliers; Manage daily operation of Distribution Unit and supervise clerks / foremen to perform duties as directed by Assistant Production Manager; Liaise with customers to arrange concrete orders to optimize production efficiency, or arrange backup supply from approved external concrete suppliers; Manage resources to ensure sufficient raw materials and mixer trucks available to meet customers' delivery requirement; Communicate with customers to obtain advance concrete demand information and assist in preparation of production forecast and associated analysis; Handle customers' complaints by taking appropriate action. Requirements: Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred; At least 5 years experience in the leading concrete or construction companies; Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with team spirit and able to work under pressure; Good commercial and contractual acumen; Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
