Director of Wealth Management, Wealth Management & Transaction Banking

Job Description Lead and oversee the strategic development and growth of the Bank's Wealth Management business in alignment with the Bank's overall business objectives. Drive business growth through new product development, enhancement of existing products and using advanced analytical insights to strengthen the Bank's competitive position and meet evolving customer needs. Identify and analyse changes in customer demands, expectations and market trends through data analytics to enhance customer acquisition and identify new business opportunities. Oversee the administration and performance reporting as well as the preparation of targets and budgets of wealth management products. Ensure timely periodical reviews and updates on changes in the operating environment or guidelines issued by the Bank or regulatory authorities. Requirements A recognised Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Finance/Banking/Economics or equivalent. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, data analytics or business development, including a minimum 10 years in a managerial capacity. Knowledge of data analytics and digital marketing tools will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of banking products, digital banking and financial services. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills. Why Join Us?
