General Qualifications Education : High diploma, Associate Degree, Degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline. Experience : Familiarity with Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedures and Environmental Monitoring & Audit (EM&A) requirements. Skills : Ability to conduct field measurements (noise, air quality, water quality, waste management) and prepare compliance reports. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine site monitoring (e.g. dust, noise, suspended particulates, water quality). Verify that contractors implement mitigation measures as required under the EIA approval conditions. Record and analyze monitoring data, highlight exceedances, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare and submit monitoring reports in accordance with the EM&A Manual to the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) or project consultant. Work environment Outdoor work required; preference will be given to candidates with physical labor experience and a valid driving license. **Fresh Graduation will be considered to be an Assistant Consultant.
