Roles and Responsibilities: Design and deliver sales training programs for agency sales teams, covering sales skills, product knowledge, customer engagement, and selling processes. Analyze agents’ performance and skill gaps, and develop targeted training solutions, workshops, and coaching initiatives. Develop, update, and maintain training materials and learning content, including presentation decks, facilitator guides, sales playbooks, scripts, and e-learning content. Collaborate closely with Agency Leaders, Sales Managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to align training initiatives with business priorities. Conduct on-the-job coaching, field coaching, and post-training follow‑ups to reinforce learning and drive behavioral change. Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve programs based on insights. Stay current with sales techniques, market trends, and adult learning methodologies, and apply best practices to agent training. Perform and support service activities and any other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field. A minimum of 5-8 years of direct experience in the field of Agency sales training, sales coaching in Insurance Industry. Well understanding in broker insurance business and Life insurance product. Strong Project management, Problem-solving skill and Effective communication. Occasional upcountry travel is required.
