P26-0076,P26-0060 Job Descriptions: Inventory Optimization: Plan and control inventory levels (Materials & Finished Goods) to ensure balance and prevent shortages or overstock (Dead Stock). Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate between Purchasing, Production Planning, and Logistics departments to ensure 100% smooth production and delivery processes. Supplier & P/O Management: Oversee Purchase Order (P/O) issuance and track delivery schedules from suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines. Data Analysis & Improvement: Analyze production and warehouse data to identify bottlenecks and propose cost control strategies and efficiency enhancements. Quality & Compliance: Control operations according to Quality Management Systems (QMS), manage audits, and prepare Work Instructions to ensure excellence in operational standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 0–5 years of experience in Material Control, Warehouse, or Supply Chain (Position level will be considered based on experience). Technical Skills: Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) and FIFO warehouse management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas and data analysis) and PowerPoint. Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
