Senior Quantity Surveyor

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR | BRISBANE Ready to work on projects that actually shape Brisbane? An established global cost management consultancy is continuing to grow its Brisbane team , with a strong pipeline of exciting projects across commercial, retail, aged care and senior living . They’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants more than just another cost plan - someone who enjoys being close to the client, influencing decisions and playing a genuine role in delivering major projects from feasibility through to completion. THE ROLE You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, partnering with clients, developers, architects and contractors to provide strategic cost and commercial advice. Your experience will span areas such as: �� Feasibility studies, estimating & master-planning �� Cost planning, monitoring & reporting ��️ Design development & cost checking �� Value engineering & value management �� Procurement & tender analysis �� Contract negotiations �� Cash flow forecasting & financial reporting �� Variations, valuations & final accounts ⚖️ Claims preparation, negotiation & settlement �� Benchmarking and investment analysis THE PROJECTS This is a particularly strong opportunity for someone with experience across: Commercial | Retail | Aged Care | Senior Living | Health | Social Infrastructure | Workplace / Fitout You'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio rather than being pigeonholed into one sector. WHAT YOU'LL BRING ✔️ 6+ years' Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience ✔️ Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar ✔️ Strong cost planning and estimating capability ✔️ Confident using CostX or similar software ✔️ Experience across the full project lifecycle ✔️ Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills ✔️ RICS or AIQS accreditation highly regarded WHY CONSIDER IT?
