Successful Applicants will be joining the team in our new build program getting started in the coming months. Functions and Responsibilities : Leading a team Fabrication and exterior fitout Apprentice mentoring Work to achieve targets and budgets Complete tasks in accordance with company procedures Meet health and safety obligations in the workplace Responsibility for project supervision Applicants should : Have a good understanding of Aluminium boat construction. Be self-motivated and have a high standard of workmanship. Work well in a team environment. Be competent in understanding plans and specifications plus being able to communicate tasks to staff. Have good communication skills in both verbal and written English. Have an NZQA Level 4 qualification or equivalent in Aluminium Boat building, or minimum 10 years relevant work experience. Currently reside in New Zealand and have NZ citizenship, residency, or a valid NZ work visa.
