IT Executive

We are looking for a passionate IT Executive to be part of our growing team. This role is responsible for the CRM, workflow automation, reporting, and data storage. The ideal candidate must be accountable, proactive, and able to work independently to optimize our internal IT system. Continuously optimize system efficiency, reliability, and security through workflow automation and process improvements. Maintain and manage the company’s data storage systems, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, backup, and security. Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, system access, and cybersecurity policies. Provide technical support for users and IT-related issues within the company. Undertake additional IT-related projects as required e.g. develop ERP modules. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Proactive, independent, and willing to learn. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients/vendors.
