Senior Learning & Development / Team Leader

About the role This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development strategies, programs, and initiatives. You will manage the company's Learning Management System (LMS), develop and maintain classroom and digital learning content, and facilitate training programs as an internal trainer while coordinating with subject matter experts and external providers. Key responsibilities Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development strategies, programs, and initiatives Manage the company's Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, user management, reporting, and continuous system enhancement Develop and maintain both classroom and digital learning content, including e-learning modules and blended learning programs Facilitate and deliver training programs as an internal trainer while coordinating with internal subject matter experts and external training providers Manage Succession Planning, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), support the Performance Management System (PMS), and other Learning & Organizational Development initiatives Manage the annual training calendar, budget, and training records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or a related HR function Hands-on experience managing and administering a Learning Management System (LMS) Proven experience as an internal trainer or facilitator with strong presentation and facilitation skills Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning evaluation methodologies Good command of spoken and written English Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
