SEA Senior Learning & Development Officer (Bangpoo)

Work Location: Bangpoo Industrial Estate (on-site) Working Hours: 07.40-16.40 (Mon - Fri) Your main role is to: Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and Country HR teams across SEA to identify business needs, capability gaps, and development priorities . Design and develop learning programs, workshops, and learning journeys that address business and people’s needs. Own regional L&D programs end-to-end , from planning and design to implementation and evaluation. Drive key development initiatives including leadership, new manager, and professional development programs . Manage and collaborate with external training providers and learning partners to ensure quality and effectiveness. Monitor learning effectiveness and use feedback, data, and business insights to improve programs continuously. Explore digital learning, AI tools, and new learning approaches to enhance employee learning experience. Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or related fields. 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related areas. Good command of written and spoken English for regional communication. Hands-on experience in learning design and end-to-end program management Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills . Proactive and able to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a dynamic environment. Experience working in a regional, multinational, or cross-cultural environment is preferred. Top reasons for joining us?
