Deson Development Limited, a contractor in the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works in Group C under the ‘Building’ Category and a Registered General Building Contractor, is now inviting applications for the following position: Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities: Check and certify payment and settle final account of main & subcontractor work Assist and execute the cost estimation, cost control and analysis to reach the cost efficiency Capable of measuring all works after the Task Completion Prepare and negotiate cost and time claims Contracts administration, advice, and valuation of variation work Requirements: Qualified Professional QS (HKIS, RICS) Degree/Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Min 8 years solid experience in construction field, at least 3 years of which shall be in maintenance work Strong analytical mind, independent and a proactive team player Less experience will be considered as QS Interested parties, please email your full resume with present and expected salaries and available date to hr@deson-hk.com .
