Trainer (L&D & OD)

About the role This role involves designing and delivering training programs, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job training to support employee development across the organization. Key responsibilities Design and deliver training programs, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job training Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify employee skill gaps Travel to branches and upcountry locations to conduct training, coaching, and follow-up activities Develop and maintain Skill Matrix, Competency Framework, and Individual Development Plans (IDP) Support Organization Development (OD) initiatives, including culture, team development, and change management Evaluate training effectiveness and learning transfer to the workplace Work closely with managers and business units to identify people development needs Develop training materials and learning content suitable for different employee groups Support HRD, People Development, and OD projects as assigned About you Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, HRD, OD, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related fields 3–5 years of experience in Training, L&D, HRD, or OD Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and coaching skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify skill gaps Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Willing and able to travel to upcountry locations
