The Role: This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving the successful delivery of high-quality residential projects. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring construction timelines are achieved efficiently and effectively. • Manage project schedules and timelines for single & double storey homes • Coordinate procurement, materials, and purchasing requirements • Liaise with Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors • Monitor progress and proactively resolve scheduling challenges • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency • Keep stakeholders updated throughout the build journey About You: • Residential construction scheduling experience (WA experience ideal, Eastern States considered) • Experience across project homes, modular, single or double-storey builds • Strong understanding of construction timelines, procurement, and building processes • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and organised approach • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Why this opportunity stands out: • Join a stable builder with a strong pipeline of residential projects • Work within a supportive and collaborative team environment • Play a key role in improving processes and project delivery • Be part of a company that values career development and progression • Flexible start and finish times • Salary up to $140k + super Interested to learn more?
